Payment
I prefer money orders for payment, but will also accept personal checks as payment from those who have a high positive feedback with no unjustifiable negatives AND a feedback history that spans over a long period of time or those I've dealt with in the past. If payment is made through Personal Check, I reserve the right to hold items approximately 10-15 business days until the check clears. This includes ALL checks whether for for $1 or $100.
WARNING: Bidders paying by check, which subsequently bounces or is denied by my bank due to insufficient funds run the risk of negative feedback
and legal action. If payment is made by check and funds are not available, the bidder will pay all associated bank charges. The bidder will also have 5 business days to resubmit payment via Postal Money Order ONLY. If payment in full via money order is not received within 5 business days, the item will be relisted and negative feedback left for the bidder. Cash is always accepted, but highly discouraged and always sent at the bidders risk. Those are the only forms of payment accepted.
I do not accept Paypal or any other similar payment system.
Payment is always due within 10 days of auction close. After such time, I reserve the right to relist the item. I have had a few minor problems with winning bidders not paying me, complain about payment via money orders after accepting auction terms, and taking an unreasonable amount if time to submit payment. Although these are a small percentage, they do occur. I'm pretty liberal when it comes to these lower members of the eBay food chain, but you should note: Items not paid for within 10 days are subject to being offered to the next highest bidder or relisted on eBay. After non payment following three emails and/or 3 weeks, I notify eBay of a non-paying bidder. This is bad for the bidder. If you don't honor your bid, never pay me, and/or ignore my emails, I WILL leave negative feedback. Please DO NOT bid on an item if you cannot accept these terms.
Bidders should clearly read my auction terms and figure any money order costs into the total bid price. Money orders are readily available and are not expensive. I use this method of payment often for items I purchase. Money orders make life much easier.
